Terms of purchase

1. General
These terms apply to purchases of products via 1753skincare.com and are operated by Floranie International AB, org.no. 559266-5735, Sodra Skjutbanevagen 10, 439 55 Asa, Sweden. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.
2. Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We may change prices without prior notice; orders already placed are not affected.
3. Payment
Payment is processed via Viva Wallet with support for card (Visa, Mastercard), Swish and other available methods. Payment is charged when you complete the purchase.
4. Delivery
We ship all orders with PostNord Varubrev. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days within Sweden. Free shipping on orders over 700 SEK; otherwise a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Act you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after you receive your order. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at hej@1753skincare.com to start a return.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the result after using the products for 14 days, we refund the full purchase amount. Contact us and we will arrange it.
7. Complaints
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are entitled to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
8. Personal data
We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy.
9. Disputes
Disputes should first be resolved by mutual agreement. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court. Swedish law applies.
