Terms of purchase

1. General

These terms apply to purchases made through 1753skin.com. The site is operated by Floranie International AB, company registration number 559266-5735, Södra Skjutbanevägen 10, 439 55 Åsa, Sweden. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Prices

All prices include VAT. Prices are shown in SEK for Swedish visitors and EUR for international visitors. We may change prices without prior notice; orders already placed are not affected.

3. Payment

Payment is processed via Viva Wallet with support for card (Visa, Mastercard), Swish and other available methods. Payment is charged when you complete the purchase.

4. Delivery

We ship all orders with PostNord Varubrev. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days within Sweden and 5–10 business days for EU deliveries. Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK / €60; otherwise a shipping fee of 55 SEK / €6 applies.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under the Distance Contracts Act you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after you receive your order. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at hej@1753skincare.com to start a return.

6. Complaints

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are entitled to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

7. Personal data

We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

8. Disputes

Any dispute should first be resolved by agreement between us. If that is not possible, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or to the ordinary courts. Swedish law applies.
