Floranie International AB, org.no. 559266-5735, Sodra Skjutbanevagen 10, 439 55 Asa, Sweden ("we", "us", "1753 SKINCARE") is the controller for your personal data.

2. Data we collect

  • When you buy: name, email, phone, delivery address and payment data (processed by Viva Wallet).
  • When you register: name, email, phone and password (stored encrypted).
  • Skin analysis: photo analysed in real time and not stored permanently.
  • Automatically: technical data such as IP address, browser type and page views via cookies/local storage.

3. Why we process your data

  • To perform the purchase contract (delivery, invoicing, support).
  • To manage your customer account and order history.
  • To give personalised recommendations based on skin analysis.
  • To send order confirmations and, with your consent, marketing emails.
  • To improve our website and services.

4. Legal basis

We rely on contract (purchase), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics) and consent (marketing, cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data with:

  • Viva Wallet – payment processing.
  • Fortnox – accounting and invoicing.
  • Ongoing WMS / Logit – warehouse and shipping.

We use localStorage for cart and login session. We use sessionStorage for temporary order data during checkout. We use no third-party cookies without your consent.

Customer data is kept while you have an account. Order data is kept for seven years under Swedish bookkeeping law. Skin photos are deleted immediately after analysis.
