Questions and answers
Which CBD oil should you start with if your skin reacts to everything?
Short answer: start with a single product with as few ingredients as possible. For us, that is TA-DA Serum, which contains only organic jojoba oil and CBG. Patch test first and don't add anything else new at the same time.

Why does skin react to everything?
When skin reacts to almost everything, the skin barrier is often weakened. The outer layer lets moisture out and lets irritants in. The skin becomes dry, tight and quick to sting or flush.
The more ingredients a product has, the more chances that one of them doesn't suit you. Fragrance is the most common cause of contact allergy to cosmetics, and essential oils and certain preservatives are other frequent culprits.
If you also have a diagnosis such as rosacea, perioral dermatitis or eczema, it is wise to stay in touch with a doctor. Skincare can make daily life better for your skin, but it does not replace treatment.
How to test a new product
Patch test
One drop along the jawline or behind the ear, two to three evenings in a row. No reaction? Then you can move on.
Start with one or two drops
More is not better. Warm the oil between your fingertips and press it into slightly damp skin in the evening.
Change one thing at a time
Don't replace your whole routine at once. Otherwise you won't know what helps or what bothers your skin.
Give it four weeks
The skin renews its outer layer in about a month. Evaluate after that.

Where to start with us
All our facial products share the same simple base: organic jojoba oil plus CBD and/or CBG. Nothing else. TA-DA Serum has only two ingredients, jojoba and CBG, which makes it the simplest place to start.
If it works well after a few weeks, you can consider the DUO kit: The ONE for the morning (10% CBD and 0.2% CBG) and I LOVE for the evening (10% CBD and 5% CBG). We don't recommend starting with two products at once if your skin is very reactive. It is better to go slowly and know what works.
Frequently asked questions
Is CBD skincare good for sensitive skin?
It varies from person to person. Short, fragrance-free ingredient lists reduce the risk of reactions, but no product suits everyone. Always patch test first.
Why not start with the DUO kit right away?
Two new products at once make it hard to know what your skin is reacting to. If your skin is very reactive, one product at a time is safer.
What do I do if my skin reacts?
Stop using the product, rinse with lukewarm water and let the skin rest. Feel free to contact us and we'll help. If it gets worse or spreads, see a doctor.
