Morning Routine
Morning skincare routine – three steps that make a real difference
The morning sets the tone for your entire day, including for your skin. But you don't need half an hour at the mirror. The right steps take three minutes and give your skin the protection and nourishment it needs to face the world.

Why morning skin needs a different strategy
During the night, your skin has been working hard. Cell renewal, repair, and detoxification happen while you sleep. In the morning, your skin's needs look completely different from the evening – it doesn't need deep cleansing or aggressive treatment. It needs support, protection, and balance.
Yet many people apply the same heavy routines morning and evening. Foaming cleansers that strip the skin, followed by toner, serum, essence, and layer upon layer of cream. The result? Skin feels heavy, pores get clogged, and the protection nature built overnight gets washed away.
The biggest difference between morning and evening is simple: in the morning you protect, in the evening you repair. Once you understand that principle, you never need to guess again. The morning routine should be light, airy, and focused on giving skin a foundation that lasts all day.
Your morning routine step by step
Rinse with lukewarm water
Skip cleansing in the morning unless you have extremely oily skin. Lukewarm water removes overnight sweat without destroying the skin's protective lipid film. That's all the skin needs to start the day fresh.
Apply serum to damp skin
A CBG serum applied to slightly damp skin absorbs better and delivers active ingredients more efficiently. Three to four drops, press in gently with fingertips – never rub.
Finish with face oil
A light face oil with CBD or CBG serves as both nourishment and protection. It creates a thin film that locks in moisture without feeling heavy. Perfect under sunscreen or makeup.
Sunscreen as the final step
Regardless of weather and season. UV radiation is the single biggest cause of premature aging. A mineral sunscreen with SPF 30 protects without burdening the skin with chemical filters.

Morning routine with 1753 SKINCARE
Our morning recommendation is deliberately simple. Start with lukewarm water, apply TA-DA Serum with 3 percent CBG to damp skin, and finish with a face oil from the DUO TA-DA set. Two products, two minutes, and your skin is ready for the day.
The CBG in the serum helps your skin start the day in balance by supporting the endocannabinoid system from the very morning. The face oil creates a protective layer that lasts all day without feeling greasy or heavy. Together, they give skin exactly what it needs – nothing more, nothing less.
The beauty of a simple morning routine is that you actually do it every day. And consistency always beats complexity when it comes to skincare.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to cleanse my face in the morning?
For most people, lukewarm water is enough. Overnight, your skin has built a protective lipid film that you don't want to wash away. The exception is if you have very oily or acne-prone skin.
What order should I apply products?
Thinnest to thickest. First serum, then oil, then sunscreen. This gives each product the best chance to absorb and do its job.
Can I use the same products morning and evening?
Yes, but your morning routine should be lighter. The same serum and oil work great both times, but in the morning you can use less and skip cleansing.
How long should I wait between steps?
About 30 seconds to a minute is enough for each product to absorb. You don't need to wait until skin is completely dry – slightly damp skin actually absorbs better.
