CBG Skincare
CBG skincare – the mother cannabinoid changing the game
Everyone's talking about CBD, but CBG – cannabigerol – is the cannabinoid that deserves the spotlight. It's called the mother cannabinoid for a reason: every other cannabinoid starts as CBG.

Why nobody talks about CBG – yet
CBG makes up only about one percent of most cannabis plants, which has historically made it expensive and hard to access. While CBD has dominated the conversation, CBG has been waiting in the wings despite research showing fascinating properties for the skin.
The conventional skincare industry chases trends – retinol, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide – but often misses ingredients that work on a deeper level. CBG interacts with the skin's endocannabinoid system differently than CBD. It binds directly to CB1 and CB2 receptors, while CBD works more indirectly. That makes CBG a powerful complement.
The problem is that few brands invest in CBG research, and even fewer offer products with meaningful concentrations. Instead we get diluted formulas and vague promises. Your skin deserves better – it deserves ingredients that actually communicate with its own systems in a way that makes a real difference.
Getting the most from CBG
Combine CBG and CBD
CBG and CBD have different mechanisms of action and enhance each other. Together they create a broader effect on the endocannabinoid system than either can deliver alone.
Apply to clean skin
CBG absorbs best on skin that isn't weighed down by other products. Cleanse gently, apply the serum directly, and let it work before layering anything else on top.
Be consistent
CBG builds its effect over time by supporting the skin's own system. Daily use for at least four weeks delivers the clearest results. Patience pays off with cannabinoids.
Use morning and evening
Skin repairs at night and protects during the day. CBG supports both processes, so morning and evening application provides optimal around-the-clock balance.
TA-DA Serum – concentrated CBG
Our TA-DA Serum contains 3 percent CBG – one of the highest concentrations on the market. It's not a gimmick but a deliberate choice based on research into what actually makes a difference for skin.
The CBG in TA-DA works directly with your skin's receptors to support cell renewal, calm inflammation, and strengthen the skin barrier. The lightweight serum absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feel, and works beautifully as a base before face oil.
Combine it with our DUO-kit for a complete routine that gives your skin both CBD and CBG. It's the entourage effect applied directly to your skin – two cannabinoids that work better together than apart. This is the future of skincare, and it starts with the mother cannabinoid.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between CBG and CBD?
CBG (cannabigerol) is the precursor to all other cannabinoids and binds directly to the skin's receptors, while CBD works more indirectly. They have partly different effects and complement each other beautifully.
Why is CBG more expensive than CBD?
CBG occurs in much lower concentrations in the hemp plant – often just one percent compared to CBD's 20–25 percent. It takes more plant material to extract the same amount, which drives up the price.
Can I use CBG if I already use CBD?
Absolutely, it's actually recommended. CBG and CBD have different mechanisms of action and enhance each other's effects through the so-called entourage effect.
Is CBG serum suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. CBG has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties that make it particularly well-suited for sensitive and reactive skin. It strengthens the skin barrier instead of challenging it.
